Wildlife Educator
Unlike the other reptile presenters in the Chicagoland area, Deb was formally trained in environmental education as well as wildlife biology. Her background gives her the unique ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds and help them relate to the animals.
Presentation Animals
Most of FrogLady’s animals are adopted. Hear how their lives changed with proper nutrition, handling, and spacious enclosures. The animals brought to programs are all safe, non-venomous pets that do not require permits or licenses of any kind. FrogLady Presentations is fully insured.
Engaged Learning
Touching and holding is optional. Through Deb’s gentle style of teaching, almost everyone ends up touching one or two. FrogLady likes to keep her classroom programs limited to one or two classes at a time so every child has an up-close and personal experience. For that reason, she doesn't do auditorium shows.
Program Prices

If it’s nature-related, I love it. When I’m not working you can find me hiking, backpacking, reading nature books, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with all of my animals. It’s not a good day without at least one trip to the dog park. I also volunteer my time serving the Chicago Herpeological Society.
